Moreover, the FBI took several "owls" downtown for questioning when they tried to build a drone based on the plans in the appendix and ended up by blowing an electric dishwasher at Trump Tower.
The owls told them they just weren't reading the plans correctly but ---well--that probably wasnt the most diplomatic course of action.
